I recently launched an online beta course on 'Thrive in Life' and my first 30 minutes was all about traits of successful and  productive people. I shared some tips and examples too. The students loved it so I decided to share this with you!

These are the following 10 traits we discussed in our show. Watch the video or listen on iTunes or Stitcher:

  1. They play the victor mindset instead of the victim mindset.
  2. They start small and then build from there.
  3. They love to improvise until it feels right.
  4. They reframe situations easily.
  5. They celebrate the small wins to keep them motivated.
  6. They are fixers.
  7. They set boundaries and say "No" very politely.
  8. They are very mindful of their emotions.
  9. They use a routine trigger to create a new habit.
  10. They use effective tools to keep them focused.

You were very easy to deal with. Pleasant manner, tone of voice and easy to speak to.  You kind of have the voice and demeanor that make people "want" to talk with you. Once people know your story, they want to talk to you more, perhaps to grab a bit of your strength and positive attitude in their own lives.  I find you to have a caring way about you. Concerned for others and how you can help them be better at being them.
