In this episode you will learn:

7 Patterns/Phases That Govern Our life ( invented by Tim and Kris Hallbom)

Creation: This phase is about new beginnings. Everything has a starting point - an idea; a relationship; a business or a garden.

Growth: The initial creation begins to grow and take shape and form. New patterns emerge - growth in your business; flowers in garden start growing or a relationship takes off.

Complexity to Maturity: When the system (idea, business, relationship) begins to take shape, it comes to a point where it is in its steady state. This is where it operates best - a relationship has turned into a proposal; flowers in garden are now blooming or your business is cash- flowing.

Turbulence: Sometimes the system becomes too complex in its growth and problems start occurring. This phase is considered feedback - the system can no longer be supported. Something has to shift or chaos will occur - the relationship has turned into marriage and living together can cause turbulence; your business now has a new partner or expanded; symptoms are developing and your health is getting compromised.

Chaos: This is when all falls apart if you do not listen or pay attention to the feedback that you are getting from the last phase - marriage is falling apart; your business is taking a hit because the partner changed things around; your body is not keeping up with you.

Dropping Off: To move forward through a difficult life challenge, you have to let go something - change in behaviour; restructuring in business; a dysfunctional relationship.

Meditation/Dormancy: This is the final phase where after you have let go something, it may feel uncomfortable. Give yourself time to meditate and look back because it can be very healing. You've come through with new learnings, and when you are ready, you will start creating again by being open to new opportunities.

We tend to get STUCK in Turbulence and Chaos because of our fears of letting go.

P.S - When you register for my course and can't make it to one of the sessions, a video recording will be sent to you.

Zaheen Nanji is a Resilience Champion and trains people and organizations on how to build their resilience muscle so it becomes a first reflex in times of change and challenge.

You were very easy to deal with. Pleasant manner, tone of voice and easy to speak to.  You kind of have the voice and demeanor that make people "want" to talk with you. Once people know your story, they want to talk to you more, perhaps to grab a bit of your strength and positive attitude in their own lives.  I find you to have a caring way about you. Concerned for others and how you can help them be better at being them.
