How I got into investing in real estate?

People often ask my how I bought 3 properties in 18 months. From a young age I was always fascinated in properties and how people made money from it. I also read Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Mr. Kiyosaki and got more intrigued. However, I had a belief that you require lots of money to buy real estate and it is a lot of work. Thanks to the WealthyMind program (which I now teach), I changed my belief to a more empowering one and replaced my old limiting belief because I knew people had made money in real estate without much in their pocket.
Talk about Law of Attraction….I came across an ad that was for a year and it included coaching and know-how on how to buy real estate. Now these courses start anywhere from $3000 and up. Did I have that kind of money? NO
For some reason, my inner voice kept telling me that this investment will lead to a great education and amount to a lot in the future and somehow I felt it would pay off. However, I also had the fear of spending so much and having the what if’s going through my head. I decided to listen to my inner voice and take a leap of faith.Yes, I used my card to pay for it.
As they say….the rest is history. I got so much knowledge from this course and yes the money that I put into the coaching course paid off!
