What is the Law of Attraction?

The Law of Attraction states that you will attract into your life whatever you give your energy, attention and focus to whether you want it or not.

Right now and at every moment you are emitting vibes or vibrations of energy. These vibrations are positive or negative and we can actually pick up and receive them. Have you heard yourself say, "he has good vibes," or "this place gives off bad vibes."

When you feel excited, passionate, happy, joyful, appreciative, and peaceful, you are emitting positive vibes.
However, if you are feeling anxious, worried, confused, sad, hurt, angry, frustrated, stressed or depressed, then you are emitting negative vibes.

The law of attraction matches your vibration by giving you more of what you are vibrating. It doesn't care whether it is good for you or not; it simply responds to your vibration.

Did you know that you can emit a negative vibe non-deliberately? Responding to things like the daily news, your stocks, your bank balance, lack of change in your wallet and even a losing score for your team leads you to unconsciously create a negative feeling and the Law of Attraction gives you more of the same.

You observe what you currently have and respond with thoughts and feelings. The Law of Attraction is an energy field that likes to check what you are vibrating and gives you back what you are vibrating. So if you vibrate negative that is what you get back. When this happens you are “stuck” and do not see much change in your life.

 

The Process of Deliberate Attraction

It is possible to get “unstuck” and begin attracting what you really want instead of continually attracting what you don’t want. It is a simple three step process that you can begin immediately.

 

Step 1: Identify your desire

This is done by identifying what you don’t want so you can then gain clarity in what you do want. A lot of us are actually good in identifying what we do not want and that is fine because it makes you more clear about what you do want.

Step 2: Raise your vibration level

You have to match your vibration and feel good about what you say and think. This is done by using two tools:

  1. Affirmations used the right way.
  2. Desire Statements.

Step 3: Allow it

This is the most important step in manifesting. Allowing means removing doubt and there are ten tools that you can use to increase the deliberate attraction process. I use:

  1. Celebrate evidence of proof.
  2. Record proof of the Law of Attraction.
  3. Appreciation and gratitude.
